30 days to 5K Challenge
"Whether you are new to fitness or a certified gym rat, the John W Brick 30 Days to 5K Challenge will get you prepared to run your first 5K or, if you are an experienced runner, set a personal best at this year's event! The challenge includes a total of eight (8) thirty minute mobility classes led by a certified personal trainer at Brick Bodies Padonia (held on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings), and also includes a full 30 day training plan that gives you a day by day plan to help make sure you are ready on race day, including progressive running distances, cross training and even the coveted rest day!

About the Program
This 30 Day training program comes complete with a personal training calendar. During your training you'll gradually and progressively build to running 5K distance! You can choose to run or to "interval run" (run/walk).
The culminating event of your training will be the John W. Brick 5K to be held on Sunday, September 10 at Johnny Unitas Stadium on Towson University. After winding your way through the neighborhoods around the campus, you will finish at the 50 yard line on the track at Johnny Unitas Stadium!!
