The 5K race (walkers are welcome!!) begins and ends on a custom course that winds through the historical Maryland State Fair Grounds on York Rd. Make your way to the finish line and the post-race party!
100% of all money raised goes towards research on how holistic treatments-such as exercise, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices-benefit mental health. The John W. Brick Mental Health Foundation is funding a $1.2 million, landmark, Gold Standard study to determine how different forms of positive stress affect depression. One of the methods being tested is the Wim Hof Method (WHM).
There are no refunds of entry given or transfers of entry permitted for this event.
